- Qualification: BE (Civil)
- Experience: 10-15 Years in Project Management/Construction Management in the Real Estate industry. Aluminium shuttering experience is mandatory.
2. Senior Civil Engineer
- Qualification: BE (Civil) / Diploma in Civil
- Experience: 8-10 Years of managing multiple projects in residential and commercial high-rise buildings. Aluminium shuttering experience is mandatory.
3. Chief Engineer
- Qualification: BE (Civil)
- Experience: 25 Years of managing multiple projects in residential and commercial high-rise buildings.
4. Jr. Architect
- Experience: 3-4 Years in both residential and commercial high-rise building drawing preparation.
5. Site Supervisor
- Qualification: BE/Diploma holder/Graduate
- Experience: 10-15 Years of managing multiple projects in residential and commercial high-rise buildings.
6. Jr. Engineer
- Qualification: BE (Civil) / Diploma in Civil
- Experience: 3-5 Years in commercial and residential high-rise buildings.
7. Fresh Trainee Engineer
- Qualification: BE (Civil) / Diploma in Civil
8. Foreman
- Experience: 10-15 Years in commercial and residential
- high-rise buildings. Aluminium shuttering experience is mandatory.
9. Quality Control Engineer
- Qualification: BE
- Experience: 15 Years on site & in lab. Should be well versed with norms.
10. Quantity Survey & Contracts
- Experience: 10-15 Years in quantity survey, rate analysis, estimation, work orders, contracts, etc.
11. Senior/Junior Safety Officer/Engineers
- Qualification: Diploma in Safety
- Experience: 5-15 Years in commercial and residential high-rise buildings.
12. Senior/Junior Plant & Machinery Engineers
- Experience: 5-15 Years in real estate, industry experience of precast is an added advantage.
13. Billing Engineer
- Qualification: BE/Diploma
- Experience: 7-15 Years in billing/contracts/QS in the real estate industry.
14. Planning Engineer
- Experience: 5 Years, well-versed in MS Project, Primavera, and relevant experience in commercial and residential high-rise buildings.
15. Sr./Jr. Purchase Manager
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 5-15 Years in the real estate industry.
16. Sr./Jr. Store Keeper
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 5-15 Years in the real estate industry.
17. Customer Relationship Manager
- Qualification: Graduate/MBA
- Experience: 8-10 Years in executing CRM strategies. Fluent in English.
18. Sr./Jr. Accountant
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
- Experience: 5-10 Years in the real estate industry with Tally-9, ERP, GST, ITR submission, coordination with CA.
19. Liasoning Officer
- Experience: 8 Years, male candidate with good knowledge of SRA, MHADA, BMC, etc. Able to interact with government bodies. Fluent in Marathi & English.
20. Jr. Advocate
- Qualification: LLB
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years in legal drafting, appearing in Civil & RERA Court, legal research, preparing briefs, and giving briefs. Good command over Marathi & English.
21. Legal Assistant
