1. Civil Engineer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field / Certification in PMP are plus.
• Experience: 5 to 6 years in building works including – Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.
• Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project
• Note: Familiarity with green building and sustainable practices.

2. MEP Engineer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field / Certification in PMP, LEED or equivalent are plus.
• Experience: 5 to 6 years in building works including Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects.
• Industry: Infrastructure / Construction
• Skills: Proficient in MEP design software, Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and regulations.
• Note: Familiarity with green building and sustainable practices.

3. Executive – Accounts & Finance

• Qualification: MBA in Finance
• Experience: Fresher
• Location: Ludhiana Local Only Preferred

4. Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

• Qualification: MBA in Finance/Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Industry: Banking Exposure
• Experience: 3 to 5 Years in Banking
• KRA’s: Working Capital Exposure, Liasoning with banks and Rating Agencies, Fund Management, CMA Analysis etc.

5. Manager – Accounts & Finance (GST & Direct & Indirect Taxes)

• Qualification: MBA in Finance/Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: 10+ years in Construction Domain
• Preference: Only Head Office / Corporate Office work Exposure candidates.
• KAR’s: GST Compliance, Filling and team handling, GST Compliance, Direct & Indirect Taxes.

6. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager – Business Development (Battery Energy Storege Systems (BESS) & Transmission Line)

• No. of Positions: 02 No’s
• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Experience: 10+ years in Construction Domain
• KRA’s: Bid Documentation, Design & Estimation, Bid Indentification & Synopsis, Bid Preparation, Program & Methodology, CV Drafting, Pre-Bid Meetings, and Client Relationship Management.
