Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma – EEE & Civil

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Location: Karnataka

Job Description:

Successful candidates will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting activities related to the project. Key responsibilities include:

• Studying project requirements, scope, deliverables, and activities, and preparing necessary resources.
• Updating progress reports periodically and sending them to customer representatives as per the contract.
  Coordinating activities across departments to achieve planned cycle times.
• Identifying gaps and taking necessary actions to recover the schedule.
• Coordinating with regional and head offices for arranging required materials and resources.
• Handling invoicing, reconciliation of materials, payments, invoices/bills, and preparation of work orders and amendments for sub-contract works.
• Periodic reconciliation of customer billing versus sub-contractor billing.
