Position Details

• Title: Asst. Manager / Manager – Accounts
• Location: Regional Office, Sion, Mumbai

Qualification:

• M.Com / MBA in Finance
• Inter CA-ICWA / CA-ICWA

Experience: 6+ years in EPC Construction or Building Services

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts and finance at the regional office.
• Prepare project-wise financial statements and ensure Ind AS compliance.
• Generate MIS reports, including profitability, budget vs actual, and cash flow analysis.
• Manage inventory and material consumption controls.
• Verify and approve vendor and subcontractor payments while ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Ensure internal and statutory audit compliance and timely closures.
• Maintain receivable statements for client RA bills and follow up on collections.
• Coordinate effectively with the head office, project sites, and other departments.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in SAP HANA.
• Experience in EPC projects related to roads, buildings, or power.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
• Expertise in handling vendor and subcontractor accounts.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation abilities.
