Open Positions:
- Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM – Insurance Department
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Engineering Graduate (Civil & Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Experience: 20+ years of relevant experience in managing the insurance department of a reputed engineering company.
Job Description:
1. Project Insurance:
- Oversee insurance for ongoing infrastructure projects in both domestic and international locations.
- Manage asset insurance, including marine, air, and road insurance for export and import.
2. General Insurance:
- Handle medical health policies, personal accident policies, and workmen’s compensation policies.
- Manage insurance for vehicles, stationary, and non-stationary machinery.
3. Insurance Portfolio Management:
- Analyze project and machinery data to devise risk management strategies and seek management approval.
4. Risk Analysis and Management:
- Conduct risk exposure analysis to determine necessary insurance coverage.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for the company’s projects.
5. Claims Management:
- Oversee insurance claims and prepare reports on claims statistics to identify areas for improvement.
6. Insurance Cost Control:
- Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal coverage at cost-effective premiums.
7. Adoption of Latest Insurance Practices:
- Stay updated with the latest insurance developments for efficient risk management in the infrastructure sector.
Compensation:
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. There will be no constraint for candidates with relevant expertise.
