Position Details:
- Designation: Sr. Executive/Executive (Human Resources)
- Location: Head Office, Delhi (Rithala)
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in HR roles
- Education: Postgraduate/Graduate in any stream
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Coordinate interviews, pipeline candidates, and handle recruitment processes.
- Onboarding & Induction: Manage joining formalities and conduct new hire induction programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory regulations like PF & ESIC.
- HR Data Management: Utilize MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for maintaining HR records and processes.
Key Skills Required:
- HR Expertise: Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Statutory Knowledge: Familiarity with PF & ESIC regulations.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for managing HR data.
