Designation: Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Contracts
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering (NICMAR preferred).
Locations:
- Karnal, Haryana
- Khammam, Telangana
- Nagpur, Maharashtra
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Study of Contract Documents and Preparation of CAD.
- Interpretation of Contractual Provisions.
- Drafting of Contractual and Regular Correspondences.
- Identification and Notification of Force Majeure Events and Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) requests.
- Preparation of Change of Scope Proposals (COS).
- Document Management.
- Risk Assessment related to Contract Agreements.
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Knowledge of Dispute Adjudication Process (DAB/DRB/ARBITRATION).
