Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager/Manager in Planning, you will play a crucial role in the successful redevelopment of the Kanpur Railway Station. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Master Plan Development: Create and refine the master plan for the railway station redevelopment, ensuring it aligns with project objectives and timelines.
2. Compliance and Design Assurance: Guarantee that designs meet both operational requirements and regulatory standards.
3. Project Scheduling: Develop and oversee detailed project schedules, timelines, and key milestones to keep the project on track.
4. Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity.
5. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
6. Budget Management: Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs remain within approved limits.
7. Quality Control: Ensure that all planning and construction activities adhere to the highest quality standards.
8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the planning team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
9. Status Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project status reports for senior management, including budget forecasts, risk assessments, and timeline updates.
