Positions: Contracts & Procurement (CIVIL).
Location: Kolkata / Pune
Education Qualification: Diploma/BE in Civil
Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in CONTRACTS Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Vendor Master: Verify all documents required for vendor empanelment, including PAN Card number and other statutory documents. Clarify doubts and complete the vendor empanelment process.
- Material Master: Create material master on SAP and ensure all necessary documents for work order execution are provided to the contractor/vendor.
- Pre-qualification of Contractors & Consultants: Assist in shortlisting vendors based on quotation rates, reviews, and recommendations. Conduct reference checks on vendors, focusing on their company profile and quality of work.
- SAP Support Functions: Assist in training users in SAP as part of the SAP core team. Resolve queries regarding process and system-related issues on SAP and document the SAP user manual.
