Open Position: Deputy General Manager – Bridge Design (Highway)
- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering / M.Tech in Structural
- Experience: 18 to 20 Years
- Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
Job Responsibilities
1. Design Planning & Management
- Define the scope of assignments in collaboration with senior management.
- Review and approve the work plan for the respective team.
- Manage timely execution and ensure adherence to set design standards by minimizing rework.
2. Design Delivery
- Review the design creation progress and identify underlying deviations.
- Ensure that design deliverables are on time and meet the required quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Design Director for design optimization and final approval on designs.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant government officials to acquire necessary approvals.
- Appraise the team and senior management (Design Director, Director – Tech & VP Design) about delivery progress.
4. People Management
- Facilitate the development and growth of direct and indirect reportees.
- Keep track of overall sub-function employee engagement and attraction.
