Job Details: We are hiring for the position of Estimation Engineer at our Mumbai location. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in cost estimation and tender preparation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil
- Experience: 8 to 12 years in the field of estimation, costing, and budgeting for civil engineering projects
- Job Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for civil engineering projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine requirements.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure estimates align with project budgets.
- Manage the tendering process, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes.
- Perform risk assessment and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and update estimates as project details evolve and adjust for scope changes.
- Ensure timely submission of competitive bids and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
