Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Location: Karnataka
Job Description:
Successful candidates will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting activities related to the project. Key responsibilities include:
- Studying project requirements, scope, deliverables, and activities, and preparing necessary resources.
- Updating progress reports periodically and sending them to customer representatives as per the contract.
Coordinating activities across departments to achieve planned cycle times. - Identifying gaps and taking necessary actions to recover the schedule.
- Coordinating with regional and head offices for arranging required materials and resources.
- Handling invoicing, reconciliation of materials, payments, invoices/bills, and preparation of work orders and amendments for sub-contract works.
- Periodic reconciliation of customer billing versus sub-contractor billing.
