2. Head – Solar Project Management

• Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
• Experience: 20-25 years
• Job Role: Oversee project planning, monitoring, and coordination using tools like Primavera/MSP.

3. Solar – Tendering

• Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
• Experience: 5-15 years
• Job Role: Handle tender preparation, risk assessment, and cash flow projections.

4. Solar Cost Estimation

• Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
• Experience: 8-15 years
• Job Role: Develop cost estimations and manage sub-contractor bids for large-scale PV solar projects.

5. Solar Civil & Structural Design
