Position Details
- Role: Senior Manager/Manager – Costing/Estimation
- Location: Gurugram, Sector-67
- Qualification: BE-Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6-10 years, preferably in highway and road project estimation
Key Responsibilities
- Perform costing/estimation tasks for highway/road projects within the HO/Tender department.
- Manage the bid development process, including reviewing contract agreements, BOQs, and creating project data sheets.
- Prepare project cost estimates, procurement schedules, cash flow projections, and cost analyses.
- Draft qualification statements and analyze RFQ documents for target projects.
- Submit pre-bid questionnaires and clarify client queries as required.
