Open Positions for Walk-In Interview
L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions is looking to hire in the following key areas:
1. Supply Chain Management
- Scope: Procurement, vendor selection, negotiation, and logistics. Expertise in handling heavy-duty gearboxes, hydraulics, and fabricated items is crucial.
- Experience: Vendor development and procurement of mechanical equipment.
2. Manufacturing
- Scope: Supervision of shop floor operations, safety protocols, and project completion. Proficiency in CNC, SAP, TQM, and KAIZEN methodologies is required.
- Experience: Efficient management of workmen and project completion.
3. Design Engineering
- Scope: Detailed design engineering of power plants, including Auxiliary Systems, Piping Stress Analysis, and Electrical Layouts.
- Experience: Knowledge of S3D, Ceaser2, and Smart P&ID is preferred.
4. Planning Management
- Scope: Production planning, inventory management, and reporting. Tools like Primavera (P6), MS Project, and SAP will be utilized.
- Experience: Process optimization in manufacturing.
5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Scope: Maintaining HSE standards and training personnel on safety protocols.
- Experience: Experience in HSE compliance within a manufacturing setting.
6. Quality Management
- Scope: Implementing quality assurance processes including third-party inspections and welding inspections like NDT, UT, PT, and RT.
- Experience: Ensuring high-quality standards in manufacturing.
7. Plant Engineering & Maintenance
- Scope: Preventive and predictive maintenance of CNC equipment, hydraulic systems, and PLC Logic.
- Experience: Knowledge of ISO Systems and interface between electrical and mechanical systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree or diploma holders in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Control & Instrumentation engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 20 years of experience in relevant roles within the power or related industries.
