Current Job Openings: We are hiring for various positions with experience in high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial buildings for ongoing projects in South India.
1. Project Director
- Eligibility Criteria: Civil Engineer with 25+ years of experience in building and factories. Should have managed multiple projects with a cumulative value of 800 Cr or more in a given year.
- Job Role: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, manage project teams, ensure adherence to timelines, and maintain quality and safety standards.
2. Project Manager
- Eligibility Criteria: Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience. Should have independently completed at least two projects worth a minimum of 150 Cr each.
- Job Role: Lead project execution, manage resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
3. Planning Manager / Engineer
- Eligibility Criteria: Civil Engineer with 3-15 years of experience in building projects. Proficiency in MSP & Primavera is mandatory.
- Job Role: Develop and monitor project schedules, coordinate planning activities, and ensure projects are on track with timelines and resources.
